What this covers
Rift Hunters places game locations ("waypoints") at real places, each marked by a code. Every location in the current test phase has written permission from the venue. If a game location is on or at your property and you want it removed, you can ask us to remove it.
Who can ask
Owners, tenants and people authorised to act for them.
How to ask
Use the form at rifthunters.com/takedown. If you found the location through a code, the code is filled in for you. You can also email [email protected].
What happens next
- You get a reference number (
TD-followed by six characters) on screen and by email. - We remove the location within 48 hours. Players can no longer reach it in the game, and its code shows a closed page.
- If we need more information, we contact you at the email address you gave.
Data we keep
See the privacy notice. A request is kept for 3 years after it is decided.
